WAVE Omagh raises nearly £1,200 in two street collections

7th October 2014

The street collection which took place in Cookstown on Thursday 2nd October demonstrates once again the generosity of the public and the commitment of our Centre staff and volunteers.

Both recent street collections in Omagh and Cookstown have raised in total nearly £1,200 - a fabulous amount! The collections were in aid of continuing to provide vital support services delivered by WAVE to those bereaved, injured and traumatised as a result of the Troubles in Northern Ireland.

On behalf of the WAVE Omagh Centre and the organisation at large, we would like to sincerely thank you for your generosity and support of this worthwhile cause. We couldn't have done it without you!

As ever, sincere thanks to all involved and to those who support us.
