Trauma Training Courses
Peace III Supported Programme: The Trauma Training Learning Pathway
In his report We Will Remember Them (1998) Sir Kenneth Bloomfield recommends:
‘The expansion of training courses to raise the awareness of the needs of traumatised individuals ... and provide training opportunities for organisations whose members are working with traumatised people.’
With this in mind, WAVE has secured the generous support of the European Union’s PEACE III Programme managed for the Special EU Programmes body by the Community Relations Council / Pobal Consortium to develop a range of courses to meet the training needs for all sections of the community.
