The Garden of Hope project proposes:
 - To develop different sections of the garden to enable people’s different stories to be told such as young people, the bereaved, the injured, Families of the Disappeared etc.
 - To showcase the creative artwork that is produced through our therapeutic work
 - To create a working garden that includes a ropes course and play area for our children and young people
 - To cultivate a vegetable patch and sensory garden with plants, flowers, shrubs and accessible greenhouse
 - To develop new customized pathways, archways and car parking which shall be fully wheel chair accessible
 - To create a designated contemplation and remembrance area encompassing seating and a water feature
 - To build a small ampitheatre for public lectures and debate

Key Benefits of The Garden of Hope:
 - A garden for all ages
 - Fully Wheel chair accessible
 - Specialist sensory garden for those with sight or other difficulties
 - Multi-purpose not only for direct support services but also to facilitate discussion and provoke thought
 - A place of safety and serenity for those most in need
          -  And a place where children can be safe while their parent or sibling is accessing support services

The Garden of Hope is scheduled to be completed later this year in 2010 and so we hope to mark the occasion with an official opening.
